Cause analysis of bearing damage

There are two types of damage to the internal structure:
1: Damage of steel ball: the steel ball itself has loss during rotation. In addition to corrosion / high temperature / high load, the loss will be faster. The smaller the steel ball is, the larger the bearing clearance is, and the more irregular the bearing rotation is, resulting in bearing jamming,
2: Damage of cage: the function of cage is to guide the rolling element of bearing to rotate regularly. The damage of cage leads to irregular rotation of bearing, or the cage itself is damaged inside the bearing, which directly leads to bearing jamming and bearing damage,
The reasons for bearing damage in high temperature environment are as follows:
1: The bearing material itself has poor heat resistance, and deformation occurs under high temperature environment, resulting in bearing rotation jamming and bearing damage,
2: The bearing grease has poor heat resistance. Under high temperature environment, the grease volatilizes or is lost by normal rotation, resulting in dry rotation of the bearing. For a long time, the steel ball is worn and rotates irregularly. The bearing is stuck, resulting in bearing damage,
In corrosive environment, the causes of bearing damage are as follows:
1: The corrosion resistance of the bearing material itself leads to the damage of the whole bearing,
2: In a corrosive environment, the corrosion of the steel ball itself, coupled with the rotating wear, makes the steel ball smaller and smaller, resulting in irregular rotation of the bearing, jamming of the bearing, and damage to the bearing,
3: In a corrosive environment, the cage itself corrodes, thus losing its function: guiding the steel ball to rotate regularly, resulting in irregular rotation of the bearing, or the cage itself is damaged inside the bearing, resulting in bearing jamming and bearing damage,
