Several common wrong methods of installing bearings!

Bearings are used in our industry, and there are many machines. We should all know this! The effect of bearing on the machine is relatively good. Everyone should know this! But for such bearings, do you know how to install them? Is it wrong how to install it?
Incorrect bearing installation method
Go outside
The fit between the shell hole diameter and the bearing outer diameter is too loose (commonly known as "walking outer ring"), because the fit between the shell hole diameter and the bearing outer diameter is too loose, there is sliding between their surfaces. Sliding friction will cause heating and damage the bearing.
When installing the bearing with interference fit of the inner ring (or outer ring), it is forbidden to directly knock the end face of the bearing inner ring (or outer ring) with a hammer, which is easy to damage the retaining edge. The sleeve should be placed on the end face of the inner ring (or outer ring) and installed by knocking the sleeve with a hammer.
Go inner circle
The fit between the shaft and the bearing inner hole is too loose (commonly known as "walking inner ring"), because the fit between the shaft and the inner hole is too loose, there is sliding between the shaft and the inner hole surface. Sliding friction will cause heating and damage the bearing due to heating.
When "walking the inner ring", the sliding friction between the inner ring and the shaft will produce high temperature. Because the contact surface between the end face of the inner ring and the shaft shoulder is very small, the temperature will be higher. Make the end face of the inner ring produce thermal cracks. The continuous extension of the thermal cracks will break the bearing inner ring in use.
Heating temperature too high
Some users use acetylene spray gun to heat the bearing inner hole. When the heating temperature exceeds 727 ℃ (phase transformation temperature of bearing steel), the metallographic structure inside the bearing steel will change. When the bearing is cooled, the bearing bore cannot be restored to its original size, which is usually larger than that before heating.
