With the continuous improvement of bearing manufacturing technology, people pay more and more attention to vibration and noise, which reflect the dynamic performance of bearing. Users are more and more sensitive to the technical characteristics of bearing vibration and noise, and their requirements are higher and higher.
Bearing vibration refers to the movement that the instantaneous position of the geometric center of the bearing parts deviates from the ideal position, the elastic deformation of the bearing parts changing with time, and all the movements necessary for other bearing rotating movements, which are generally called bearing vibration.
At present, two measurement units are used for the detection of vibration value of single bearing. One is acceleration type, the measurement unit is dB, and the group codes are Z1, Z2 and Z3; The other is speed type, whose unit of measurement is micron / second (UM / s), and the group codes are zv1, ZV2 and zv3. These supplementary codes for bearing vibration groups are placed to the right of the basic code of the bearing.
Bearing vibration and noise are closely related to each other, because vibration is the source of noise and noise is the characterization of vibration. Therefore, in the process of bearing production and detection, the purpose of bearing noise control is achieved by strictly controlling the vibration index of bearing.
When selecting the bearing vibration group, it must be determined according to the specific service conditions of the bearing. If the host machine has special requirements for operation stability, the bearing with appropriate vibration group shall be selected to meet and meet the requirements for operation stability, such as machine tool spindle, etc. Where there are requirements for bearing vibration and noise, such as cars and aircraft, the bearings of corresponding vibration groups shall also be selected to meet the use requirements. If there are special requirements for the noise of bearings, such as electric fans and other household appliances, bearings with low noise should be selected to meet the use requirements.
