Test run inspection of bearing.
In order to check whether the bearing is installed correctly, the test run inspection should be carried out after the installation.
For small machinery, the rotating parts can be turned by hand first to check the rotation flexibility of the bearing. If there is no abnormal phenomenon below, the power operation can be checked again.
Cause: foreign body invasion, wound on rolling part, etc
Excessive torque --- causes: friction of sealing device, small clearance, installation error, etc.
Unbalanced rotating torque --- cause: incorrect installation, installation error, etc.
For large machinery that can not be moved by hand, it can be started under no-load condition, and then the power can be turned off immediately for inertia operation. At this time, after confirming that there is no abnormal vibration or noise and the rotation is normal, the power operation can be started.
When entering power operation, it should start at low speed and no load, and gradually reach the specified operation conditions. The power operation inspection is mainly based on the sound, temperature rise and vibration. The reason should be found out immediately. If necessary, the bearing should be removed for inspection.
Generally speaking, a listening stick can be used to check the bearing sound.
Generally, the temperature of the bearing can be estimated according to the shell temperature, but it is most correct to directly measure the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing by using the oil hole.
The temperature of the bearing rises gradually from the beginning of operation. If there is no abnormality, it will reach a stable state after 1-2 hours.
When there is a sharp temperature rise or abnormal high temperature, it can be considered that there is a fault.
