Four basic problems in bearing disassembly

The disassembly of the bearing shall be carried out with the same care as the installation. Pay attention not to damage Guangyang bearing and its parts, especially the disassembly of interference fit bearing, which is difficult to operate. Therefore, in the design stage, it is necessary to consider the convenience of disassembly in advance, and it is also very important to design and manufacture disassembly tools according to needs. During disassembly, the disassembly method and sequence shall be studied according to the drawings, and the matching conditions of the bearing shall be investigated to ensure the safety of the disassembly operation.
Remove the outer ring of the interference fit. Set several outer ring extrusion screws on the circumference of the shell in advance. Tighten the screws equally while removing. These screw holes are usually covered with blind plugs, tapered roller bearings and other separate bearings. Several cuts are set on the housing shoulder. Use cushion blocks, disassemble with a press, or knock gently.
The inner ring can be removed by pressure machinery. At this time, pay attention to make the inner ring bear its pulling force.
The inner ring of large bearing is disassembled by oil pressure method. Oil pressure is applied through the oil hole arranged on the shaft to make it easy to pull out. For the bearing with large width, the oil pressure method is used together with the drawing fixture for disassembly.
The inner ring of Nu and NJ cylindrical roller bearings can be disassembled by induction heating. It is a method of drawing after heating part in a short time to expand the inner ring.
Disassemble the relatively small bearing with fixed sleeve, support the inner ring with the stop fastened on the shaft, turn the nut back several times, use the cushion block and knock it with a hammer for disassembly.
For large bearings, it is easier to disassemble by oil pressure. Pressurize and send oil in the oil hole on the taper hole shaft to expand the inner ring and disassemble the bearing. During operation, the bearing may suddenly come out. It is best to use the nut as a stop.
1. The selection of shaft and smooth bearing and the tolerance of control room shall be pressed into the bearing. The bearing shall have no block and the rotation direction shall be flexible. If the rotation is significantly inflexible, the size of the shaft is too large to bear the drop. After entering the obvious "rusty" shaft tolerance, rotating the shaft pressure bearing by hand may be too poor or the roundness of the shaft. Therefore, a good shaft and bearing central control room should also be controlled in the roundness tolerance. The tolerance control is only for many domestic manufacturers without roundness control.
2. Bearing assembly method because the bearing is a precision product, if the channel is improperly assembled, it is easy to damage the Guangyang bearing and cause damage to the bearing. When assembling the bearing, there should be a special mold, which can not hit people. The pressure force when entering the shaft can only be a small circle. When the circle is in, it only circulates according to the force. The assembly requires pneumatic or hydraulic pressure. When using the pressure, the upper and lower molds are installed in a horizontal state. If they tend to the bearing channel, it will cause damage caused by power and make the bearing produce guide sound.
3. To prevent foreign matters from being installed in the rotor dynamic balance, it is easy to produce iron filings into the bearing dynamic balance bearing, so it is best to balance the bearing before loading. In order to facilitate assembly, some manufacturers lubricate the internal coating with some oil or grease, but the operator's bearing assembly is often difficult to control. If the large indoor bearing in oil or grease accumulates along the shaft, it is easy to enter the bearing and rotate. Japan is not the best room bearing. If it is not coated with oil or grease, there shall be no accumulation in the control room.
4. The rust of antirust paint is characterized by multiple motors in a sealed assembled motor, which sounds good, but after being put in the warehouse for a period of time, the motor becomes very abnormal sound, and the bearings are seriously rusted. Many manufacturers will be regarded as the problem of front bearing. Through our continuous publicity, we have now realized that the main electrical factory is the problem of insulating paint. The main problem is that the volatile acid of insulating paint leads to corrosion damage at a certain temperature, humidity and corrosive substances. Now the only problem is to choose a good varnish and dry the assembly air after a period of time.
