During use, the basic external conditions of bearing operation shall be monitored frequently, such as temperature, vibration and noise measurement. These regular inspections will identify potential problems as soon as possible, prevent unexpected machine suspension, realize production plans and improve plant productivity and efficiency.
During operation, the bearing requires correct re lubrication to perfect its performance. The lubrication methods of micro bearings are divided into grease lubrication and oil lubrication. In order to make the bearing function well, first of all, choose the lubrication method suitable for use conditions and purposes. If only lubrication is considered, the lubricity of oil lubrication is dominant. However, grease lubrication has the advantage of simplifying the structure around the bearing.
The accuracy grade of the bearing shall be improved successively from grade 0. Grade 0 is sufficient for general purposes, but grade 5 or higher accuracy is required for the conditions or occasions shown in Table 1.Although the above accuracy levels are based on ISO standards, their names are different in national standards.
The Accuracy grades applicable to various bearing types and the comparison between national standards are listed.
Dimensional accuracy (items related to shaft and Housing installation)
1. Allowable deviation of inner diameter, outer diameter, width and assembly width
2. Allowable deviation of inner and outer diameter of roller set
3. Allowable limit value of chamfer size
4. Allowable variation of width
Rotation accuracy (items related to the runout of the rotating body)
1. Allowable radial runout and axial runout of inner ring and outer ring
2. Allowable lateral runout of inner ring
3. Allowable variation of inclination of outer diameter surface
4. Allowable variation of thrust bearing raceway thickness
Standard bearings are of various sizes. In the design of mechanical devices, it is best to use standard bearings (this is designed to be easy to purchase bearings. Here's a digression. Some of the bearings catalog models do have some, but some non-standard bearings are not available in Chinese mainland, and sometimes futures will be long time. Therefore, the time cost and later replacement cost should be considered when selecting the bearing. The nature, size and direction of the load on the bearing are changeable. In general, the rated base load is shown on the dimension table. However, axial load and radial load are also important factors in selecting suitable bearings. When the ball and needle roller bearings have the same size, needle roller bearings usually have high load capacity and bear large vibration and impact loads.
