What are the main factors affecting the operation of lubricating oil?

In addition to the functions of lubrication, cooling, cleaning, sealing, protection and buffer, the working environment of bearing lubricating oil is also very bad.
1. During splash and circulating lubrication, lubricating oil is constantly in contact with various metal parts and air, which promotes the gradual aging and deterioration of oil under the catalysis of metal.
2. The lubricating oil contacts with various high-temperature parts in the bearing. For example, the temperature at the upper part of the cylinder wall is 190 ~ 290 ℃, and the average oil temperature in the crankcase is 100 ℃. Under such high temperature conditions, the oil will deteriorate due to severe oxidation.
3. Combustion waste gas and incomplete combustion mixture will also flow into the crankcase through various gaps, which will produce oil sludge and acidic substances in the lubricating oil, and finally cause deterioration and failure of the lubricating oil.
4. Dust, metal wear debris, carbon deposition after combustion, etc. will degrade the quality of lubricating oil.
Therefore, the working conditions of the lubricating oil in the bearing are extremely harsh, and the lubricating oil is indispensable to maintain the normal operation of the bearing, which puts forward higher requirements for the performance of the bearing lubricating oil.
