Treatment measures for bearing wear caused by lubricating grease
The so-called wear refers to the process of continuous loss or residual deformation of the material on the working surface when the dual surface of the moving pair moves relative to each other. The wear process is mainly due to the mechanical action between the dual surfaces and sometimes chemical action. Usually, this mechanical action refers to the action of friction, while chemical action often refers to the erosion of environmental media and chemical substances. When lubricated with grease, the grease film can reduce the wear of the dual surface and prevent the entry of corrosive substances.
Wear, aging and fracture are the three main causes of damage and failure of mechanical parts. Only the running in (running in) at the beginning of wear or slight wear may make the surface smoother. Therefore, many machines, such as cars, have to be run in before they are put into normal operation. Generally speaking, after the parts are worn, it often leads to the loss of mechanical accuracy and the reduction of efficiency, so it needs to be replaced or repaired, forcing the reduction of mechanical productivity. In mechanical work, the economic loss caused by wear and tear every year is very amazing. It is estimated that more than 1 / 3 of the world's energy is finally manifested as friction loss in various forms in the process of energy transmission by various machines. Due to the leakage of the dual surface, the equipment is damaged and the worn parts need to be replaced. Therefore, the total production value of spare parts and the amount of steel consumed are often almost equal to that required for the production of the host machine. The use of various lubricants including grease can greatly reduce friction loss, reduce the wear of spare parts and prolong the service life of machinery, so as to save energy and reduce a large amount of steel consumption.
When the bearing is overheated, not only the surface quality of the workpiece is poor, but also the corrosion resistance of the workpiece will be reduced. In case of severe overheating, coarse grains will be produced, and the weight of iron cable in steel will increase, which is easy to cause the deterioration of workpiece performance. When the bearing is overheated, the following treatment measures are taken:
A. Strictly control the forging heating temperature and heating and holding time of stainless steel box and flange parts to prevent the workpiece from overheating and coarse grain defects.
B. In the forging production of workpiece, if the forging ratio is small and the final forging temperature is high, it is also easy to have coarse-grained structure defects. The forging ratio of workpiece should be appropriate and sufficient and the final forging temperature should be moderate.
C. The heat treatment solution treatment temperature of bearing workpiece should not be too high, the holding time should not be too long, the heating temperature should not be higher than 1150 "C, and the holding time should be calculated as 1-l5min / mm.
D. For the coarse workpiece with overheated structure, the method of forging and refining grain can be used to eliminate defects, prevent orange peel surface defects during cold deformation and improve the surface quality of the workpiece.
