1. Check whether the connecting rod bush, connecting rod bush and spindle SKF Bearing are worn, strained or burnt, whether the connecting rod bolts are loose, and whether the main oil passage of the air compressor is unblocked; It is suggested to replace the severely worn or strained bearing bush, bushing, main bearing bush and SKF Bearing, tighten the connecting rod bolts (torque specification 35-40n. M), and align the tightening empty oil hole with the oil inlet hole of the air compressor; Dredge the main oil passage. When reassembling, pay attention to the spindle bearing.

2. Check whether the groove types of the main and forced pulleys are common, if not, please replace them, and adjust the belt tightness (press down the belt with your thumb, and the belt spacing should be 10 mm).

3. Check the lubricating oil inlet pressure and whether the oil pipeline is damaged or blocked. If the pressure is insufficient, adjust, sort out and replace the invalid pipeline immediately; Check the oil quality and impurity content of the lubricating oil, and compare it with the application specification, and replace it when the cost exceeds the standard; Check whether the air compressor supplies oil or not. If there is no oil supply, it should be checked comprehensively.

4. Check whether the bolts of the fixed SKF Bearing of the air compressor are loose and tighten them.

5. The air compressor driven by gear should also check whether the gear is loose or the cooperation condition of gear device and the clearance cooperation condition of SKF Bearing. If the nut is loose, tighten the nut. If there is any problem in the cooperation, replace it.

6. Remove the foreign matter. Deep groove ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, self-aligning roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, needle bearings, spherical bearings.
